A Covid update and a Thank You

2020 has been the worst, but our insureds have been the best. Now that our offices have been open again for a few months we wanted to take a moment to thank you, our insureds as well as our dedicated employees for doing their best in these less than ideal circumstances.

Many of us have had to adapt and change the way that we do everyday things. Many of our employees work half of the day in the office and half of the day remotely from home to juggle the challenges of supporting our clients and their own families. We know that many of our insureds are facing similar challenges and we are proud of our community for how they have persevered and remained positive through it all.

As a local independent agency with strong ties to the community and other local small business we are thankful for the ways that others have supported us and that we have been able to support the local economy here in Milford.

Our offices remain open as they have since June, Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4. Many transactions can be done over the phone and if possible, we ask that you continue to do that whenever possible. This is for the healthy and safety of our insureds and our staff, and also for your convenience since most of our employees are at least sometimes working from outside of the office. Our office remains open for those who have transactions that need to be done in person. At a time when business at the RMV can be difficult our office is still able to offer to our insureds some registry assistance, whether in house or with our runner who goes to the registry weekly.
