November Covid Update
Effective November 27 our office doors will be lock for the safety of our insureds and our employees. We ask that whenever possible you contact us by email or phone rather than coming down to the office. If you have a transaction that cannot be handled by phone or electronically, please knock on the door and we will assist you one at a time.
The office will be manned from Monday-Thursday from 9:00-5:00 and Friday from 9:00-4:00. Additionally from December 1 -March 31 we will have REMOTE hours from 9:00-Noon. Any Jensen Sheehan or Bright Insurance customer can speak with a company representative by calling the Milford office number 508-473-0556
There are paper supplies and pens in a blue envelope in our foyer if you have something that you need to drop off to one of our employees. Use them to write your name, phone number and any details we need to know and then place them in the door mail slot. We will call you to verify receipt and processing. If you leave cash we will call you with the amount received and mail you a receipt. Most companies also allow you to call them directly to make a payment.
