When it comes to knowledge and experience, few things can top our Personal Lines customer service team. Most of our customer service reps (CSRs) have been with the company for at least 10 years; and together, they have over 100 years of insurance experience. When they aren’t working, you might see our CSRs out in the community at the library, school events with their children, or grocery shopping with their grandchildren, because all of our CSRs live right here in the community with you.

Whether it’s a question about the new Real ID license procedures, how to insure your house on the Cape located in a flood zone, or something as small as changing the deductible on your policy, you can count on them to have the answer.

Supervisor Sonia Lamas leads our Milford office Personal Lines team. Sonia started at Bright Insurance as a high schooler working in the mailroom and was promoted to full time in 2003. Sonia is a valued part of our team for her insurance knowledge and is fluent in Portuguese and conversational Spanish.

Office Manager Jana Marshall joined Jensen-Sheehan in 2001 as a CSR and was promoted to Office Manager in 2017. Jana’s fiery personality and over 15 years of valiable industry knowledge have made her a customer favorite.
